Terms & Conditions
- An adult over the age of 18 must be present while technician is on-site
- Appt. cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance by calling (760) 613-6206
- Mobile CompMedic reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments but will make every effort to accommodate the customer's first choice of date and time
- Clients Computer must be easily accessible at time of appointment
- Required and/or optional parts & upgrades are billed in addition to all service and repair offers
- As we are not equipped for larger corporations, all offers are designed for residential and small business applications
- Pre-existing high-speed Internet connections are required for software, hardware and security updates
- There will be a $55 disposal fee for all discarded computers left in Mobile CompMedic's possesion beyond a reasonable amount of time.
30 day guarantee - Purchased services at time of visit qualify for a 30-day guarantee for materials and workmanship based on the service performed. Reconfiguration or changes and modification to the operation of the computer in any way will void any additional guarantees.
