My wife and I have tried several repairmen with not much success. The person prior to Kenneth kept stalling and putting final solutions off to the next time we called him, thereby ringing up excessive charges and never really solving our computer problems. We have two separate computers. Kenneth solved all of our problems by going back to the basics in computers and in a shorter time span.
